Our team coordinates demolition, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ceilings, flooring, millwork, finishes, inspections, and closeout. We work closely with owners, architects, property managers, and subcontractors to keep projects moving and address field conditions before they become schedule problems.
Whether it’s a ground-up interior buildout, second-generation space, or an occupied renovation, our focus stays the same: quality work, clear communication, and getting the space open.

Restaurant construction comes with tight schedules, multiple trades, County and City inspection requirements, and an opening date that matters. We know that environment.
With extensive experience building and managing restaurant projects throughout Southern California, we understand the coordination required between kitchen equipment, underground plumbing, electrical, HVAC, hoods, fire systems, millwork, finishes, signage, and inspections.
We work with established restaurant brands and independent operators on new locations, remodels, refreshes, conversions, and repairs, while keeping franchise standards and the final opening date at the forefront.

Our Story
One of One Construction Inc. was founded on a simple frustration: too many contractors overpromise and underdeliver.
Our founder spent 21 years in the family construction business before starting this one — learning the trade from the ground up, on real job sites, under real deadlines. That experience shaped how we operate today: direct communication, realistic schedules, and work that holds up long after we've packed out.
