One of One Construction Inc. was founded on a simple frustration: too many contractors overpromise and underdeliver.

Our founder spent 21 years in the family construction business before starting this one — learning the trade from the ground up, on real job sites, under real deadlines. That experience shaped how we operate today: direct communication, realistic schedules, and work that holds up long after we've packed out.

We specialize in commercial construction — tenant improvements, QSR and restaurant build-outs, retail and fitness spaces — with select residential and remodel work for clients who want that same standard at home. We serve Southern and Northern California, and we'll travel for the right commercial project.

Every build gets our full attention. That's the whole idea behind the name.
